The Sunbow Science Research Lamp is an advanced, solid-state lighting system that allows the user to set a range of spectral characteristics, a capability that cannot be matched by bulb-type lighting systems. Sliders on the control box are used to set the amount of light at each of the six available wavelengths from 0 to 100% of maximum output. Six colors per light engine:
